As part of the Workplace Operations team, the Personal Assistant team supports and works with many teams (Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.) of the company.
Part of the duties of the Personal Assistant is to assist all employees of the Company in the performance of various personal tasks during working hours. That is why we are looking for a communicative, responsible person who follows processes and procedures, with professional experience from 0 to 4 years.
The Personal Assistant position requires full-time presence in the office (Monday to Friday).
He/she responds to employee requests via the internal ticketing system and other communication channels.
In this role, you will:
Vehicle Services:
Manage services related to employees’ personal cars, including general repairs, auto-painting, tire changes, and car washes.
Manage company cars (service, insurance, maintenance)
Administrative Tasks:
Handle payments of taxes on behalf of colleagues or the company and managing customs clearance for personal shipments.
Transportation Services:
Provide transportation within Sofia for business purposes and performing airport transfers.
Deliver documents and providing transportation to institutions.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Procurement, Marketing, Accounting, HR, and other departments to support the company activities:
Collect company hardware, manage payments for visas and passports, transport hardware to repair services, and provide transportation to institutions.
Collect and deliver marketing materials for events and help assemble the company’s event stand.
Service Provider Coordination:
Monitor and evaluate service provider performance
Act as a mediator between employees and third-party vendors
Ensure safe and responsible transportation of company hardware
Your background:
Minimum 3 years of driving experience
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A proactive, service-oriented mindset and commitment to professional growth
Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Takes ownership of tasks and outcomes, consistently meets deadlines and fulfills commitments
As the candidate will handle personal property acting with honesty and strong ethical principles in critical
