Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute full funnel paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and X (Twitter) to drive global awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Align campaign messaging and targeting with key business motions and buyer personas.
- Partner with campaign and product marketing teams to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences.
- Manage campaign pacing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to ensure optimal performance across regions.
- Own end-to-end reporting and analytics for paid social programs — from CTR and CPL to pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Develop performance dashboards and actionable insights using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, and audience segments to identify scalable best practices.
- Analyze lead quality and conversion trends in collaboration with sales and marketing operations teams.
- Identify performance drivers, surface trends, and translate insights into data-backed recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to drive continuous innovation.
- Partner with web and content teams to improve post-click experience and conversion performance.
- Work cross-functionally with campaign, field, and product marketing to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing automation teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Support paid media forecasting, budget planning, and quarterly business performance reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale global campaigns and budgets in B2B space.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns for B2B tech/SaaS companies.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Reddit Ads, and X Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot for campaign attribution and MQL tracking.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, audience targeting, and content engagement tactics.
- Strong Excel skills for performance tracking and data modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clear storytelling through data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
