MOVEit Annual Upgrade Service (Tier 1)* is an annual subscription
that provides your business with the following services:

• One MOVEit instance (standalone) upgrade
• One system health check
• One Knowledge Transfer mentoring session to include new features and feature demo
• It does not include Neverfail services.

MOVEit Annual Upgrade Service (Tier 2)* is an annual subscription
that provides your business with the following services:

• Two MOVEit instance (standalone) upgrades
• One system health check
• One Knowledge Transfer mentoring session to include new features and feature demo
• Up to 8 additional hours of hands-on-keyboard assistance
• One after-hours engagement (weekday or weekend) for go-live assistance
• It does not include Neverfail services.

*This subscription agreement should accommodate auto-renewal and does not provide for any SLA. All work will deliver as mutually scheduled.
