Workflow Automation: Using Flow Triggers

In order to get started with a flow, you must first select how you want the flow to be triggered.

  1. By Day or Date

These Flows run on specific dates or days and have no initial App context since they're not triggered by any Podio data.

  1. Item Created

When a new Podio Item is created within the App

  1. Item Updated

When an existing Podio Item is updated within the App

  1. New Comment

When a new comment is added to the Podio Item

  1. Date Field

When a specific Date Field on the Podio Item matches certain conditions

  1. Manual Flow

Set this up first to be triggered manually in another flow

  1. Task Completion

When a Podio Task that was generated by Workflow Automation in this App is marked as Completed.

  1. Email Reply

When a reply is received to an Email sent from a previous Flow Action in this App

  1. SMS Text Reply

When a reply is received to an SMS Text Message sent from a previous Flow Action in this App

  1. External Link

Will be triggered when a Special External Link button/link is clicked

  1. RightSignature Document Signed

When a document sent from this App is signed in RightSignature
