Workflow Automation: Archive an Item

Workflow Automation is a great tool for archiving Items from App A to App B. For this example, Workflow Automation will archive completed tasks within a designated app.

1. Create a flow to Trigger of Item Update of an Item in *App A

   

2. Add your Filter bricks for flow conditions

   

3. Add the required Action bricks to complete the flow

   

Take this Archive even farther and make your Items Un-Editable.
