Add users to "Assign Task To" dropdown

Sometimes Podio Workflow Automation needs to get refreshed to have changes reflect in workspaces from Podio. Some workspace members may not show as an option in the Workflow Automation tool.

As a result, a customer won't be able to add and assign a task to that member in Podio.

Ensure that member is part of the workspace in Podio. Navigate to Podio Workflow Automation and click the "Login" button.

  • If you are an admin of multiple accounts, choose an account.

Click on "My Flows". At the bottom of the flow tree pane, choose the "Refresh from Podio" link.
