Reset a password

A Podio user is attempts to log in to Podio but does not remember their password.They receive the following error message when attempting to log in:

Sorry, wrong password. Have you forgotten your password?

Solution

1. Reset password by navigating to https://podio.com/user/recover
2. Enter email address and click Recover Password.

Note:

Passwords require the following:

• At least one special character (!@#$)At least one a numerical value.
• At least one capital letter.
• At least 8 alpha numerical values.
