Cancellation Details
I have already registered for ProgressNEXT and/or DevReach US, will I receive a refund?
All registration fees have been refunded to the original form of payment. If you have not received your refund, please email depolo@progress.com
What will happen to my hotel reservation?
If you booked a hotel reservation, it is your responsibility to cancel and confirm the refund status on any deposits paid.
Will Progress provide reimbursement for airfare or hotel booked outside of the registration services?
No, Progress will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review options.
Will ProgressNEXT and DevReach US be rescheduled to another date?
Not for 2020. We intend for ProgressNEXT to return in June 2021. We are currently evaluating 2021 options for DevReach US.
Are you still planning to have DevReach Europe?
No. DevReach Europe is cancelled for 2020.
Will I get access to the session content from ProgressNEXT 2020 and DevReach US?
We are evaluating event alternatives. More details will be announced soon.
