Support for customers, partners and employees is in place.

Message from our CEO

Business Continuity and Technical Support

We want to reassure those counting on us that there will be no interruption in our day-to-day business and support. Most of our offices remain open for business, although we have strongly encouraged all employees to work from home, and most are doing so. We have been providing technical support for customers and partners in all geographies and will continue to do so. We have the processes, practices and infrastructure in place to provide uninterrupted business and support operations and you should continue working with your Progress representative for all commercial-related activities.

Our engineering teams remain focused on delivering enhancements to our award-winning products and meeting our roadmap commitments on time. Our professional services teams are working closely with our customers remotely to meet all their requirements and deliverables.

For our cloud customers, you will see no disruption to your cloud-based services. We have extensive experience in providing these services to ensure your business continuity.

Progress is a global company with employees around the world, many of whom typically work remotely, so this transition has been seamless for our day to day operations. Our employees are equipped with the tools they need, including secure VPN, to perform critical functions remotely. Our employees are also leveraging state-of-the-art cloud platforms and digital channels for connectivity—so you can expect our typical high levels of performance, security and business-as-usual focus on keeping you moving forward.

Events and Training

All in-person Progress events, including ProgressNEXT 2020, PUG@NEXT and DevReach US, scheduled to take place in June, have been canceled. A full refund will be issued to registrants and sponsors. We are evaluating other options for the events and will keep you posted.

Our in-person training classes will either be moved to virtual classrooms or postponed. Those affected will receive individual communications.

Community Support

Progress leadership is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation globally and taking steps to help “flatten the curve” wherever we can. Our employees are working from home, and we are continuing to compensate employees who are unable to do their jobs from home.

We are taking extra measures beyond government mandates and recommendations by the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This includes suspending all business travel for Progress employees, until further notice. We are also complying with the CDC’s travel recommendations and self-quarantine guidance. We are following public health guidelines and cancelling our in-person events. We’ll meet with customers, partners and coworkers virtually and communicate digitally. We are also working on a new set of virtual events to engage our customers and the community.

Our thoughts continue to be with the people directly affected by COVID-19, and we salute those helping to keep us all safe.
