Senior Technical Program Manager (SAFe RTE practitioner)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the SAFe planning and execution and tracking end-to-end for PIs
• Help on programs that cut across teams and cross-functional teams
• The Program manager will work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure product outcomes are achieved
• They will assist with organizing action items from key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos and sprint retrospectives
• Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
• Assist with identifying and removing obstacles within the product team
• Assist the product team to become a self-organized, cross-functional and highly efficient team that delivers high-quality products
• Facilitate documenting and executing the team's continuous improvement plan
• Clarify deliverables and assignments and remove impediments
• Provide leadership with metrics necessary to make decisions

Who You Are:

• Experience/ knowledge working in DevOps / DevSecOps/ enterprise software field of business
• Experience with Scrum & Agile related experience. Agile Practices (Agile Processes (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience facilitating and delivering projects at technology companies
• Ability to balance multiple projects at a time and communicate ideas and information both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
• Strong communication skills
