File versioning

When attaching files to Podio app items, you can save different versions of the file using the Replace file tool.

Replacing a file

Previous versions of the file are available using the previous versions link, which appears when the original file is replaced.

All items in Podio have change logs, so you can always see who has edited anything within each item. For more information on revision history, see Item activity.
