Narayan Ramesh is the Senior R&D Director for Global Analytical Sciences at Core R&D. In this role, Narayan oversees the Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Information Research (IR), and Analytical Sciences R&D organizations, ensuring that business needs are met while advancing these groups in line with Dow’s R&D strategy.

Before this, Narayan served as the R&D Director for Engineering & Process Sciences, where he developed Process Technology for various Dow businesses. He collaborated with Manufacturing & Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to create new capabilities that support business needs. Under his leadership, the team grew and expanded its influence.

Ari Lehavi is General Manager of Applied AI at Moody’s, where he leads the company’s efforts to reimagine high-impact enterprise workflows using AI. His team collaborates across the organization to build agentic systems and institutional intelligence infrastructure that enhance decision-making, surface timely insights, and drive measurable outcomes.

Previously, Ari led Moody’s Predictive Analytics division, overseeing solutions in early warning systems, default modeling, and macroeconomic forecasting. After the emergence of generative AI, he led the development of the firm’s first multi-agent system to track business drivers and risk signals across 600 million entities in Moody’s global private company database—work that laid the foundation for his current enterprise AI mandate.

Chris Smith is the Enterprise Architect and leads CMS Compliance for IT with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid. He is a healthcare IT speaker, author, and industry committee member. Smith has extensive state agency experience, including creating and implementing multiple state enterprise technical visions, developing state budgets and funding requests (APDs) for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and designing shared (State and CMS) strategy documents. Smith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Information Technology. Smith is a member of the HIMSS Interoperability Work Group, and a key contributor in both the HIMSS AI and Future Workflows for Interoperability Task Force as well as the HIMSS Vendor Integration and Consolidation Task Force.

As the technical database leader for WWPS, Tyler works closely with government agencies, partners, and organizations to architect and deliver mission-critical solutions in the cloud. With over 20 years of experience in the database space, he has deep expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies. He was doing NoSQL before NoSQL was called NoSQL. Tyler is passionate about enabling end missions and loves designing systems that allows data to flow at the speed of mission.

Prior to TCH, Bijan was head of Enterprise Architecture at the NY Fed where he also served as interim CIO.
