We need web accessibility if we are to truly respect Internet freedom in every sense of the term. It’s important to remember that not everybody is able to use the web in the same way.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 are set out and laid down by the World Wide Web Consortium (known to friends and family as W3C) to detail the functionality aspects of the web that should make us stop and consider how people with certain impairments or restrictions need Internet pages to work.
