We are seeking a skilled and collaborative AI Engineering Specialist to join our AI Operations team. This role is designed for an engineer who thrives on supporting internal non-engineering teams—such as HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing—in leveraging AI agents to optimize processes, boost efficiency, and drive digital transformation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with internal non-engineering teams to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents tailored to specific operational use cases, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and effectively address team needs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to non-engineering staff on the use and capabilities of AI agents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and measure impact on operational efficiency.
- Document processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides to support ongoing adoption and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.
- Stay current with advances in AI and automation, proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance internal operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or automation projects.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with popular automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zapier, Power Automate, Python, RPA platforms).
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis is a plus.
