The Digital Marketing Project Management team supports the planning and delivery of Progress’s digital marketing initiatives, including websites, campaigns, and ongoing improvements.
We work closely with product marketing, campaign managers, web strategy, designers, SEO, Front-end, QA, Back-end engineers, and others to make sure work is clearly defined, well-coordinated, and delivered efficiently. As our work and tools continue to grow, we focus on creating clear processes, documentation, and workflows that help teams collaborate better. As a Process Enablement Intern, your goal is to help the Project Management team deliver outcomes by making our ways of working easier to understand and easier to use, primarily through clear documentation, visuals, and reusable assets.
Please note this 6-month intern position offers flexible work hours once the university year starts and a hybrid work model (onsite and work from home). The Internship will start in July.
In this role, you will:
- Improve process documentation: Maintain and enhance documentation for core workflows by simplifying language, adding visuals, and incorporating real examples.
- Listen for internal friction: Collect feedback from Project Managers and delivery teams, identify recurring confusion or workarounds, and translate that into clearer guidance and better assets.
- Support adoption of tools and ways of working: Test workflows, automations from a user perspective and document “how it works in practice,” highlighting gaps between intended and real usage.
- Support internal training programs: help coordinate and facilitate in-person sessions, manage communication, and turn meetings into reusable training assets (FAQs, notes, visuals).
- Support post‑training follow up: help plan, run, and summarize post‑training surveys.
- Share observations with PMs: highlight recurring issues such as unclear instructions, workflow bottlenecks, or areas where Project managers frequently need to step in to clarify.
