We are hiring a Manager – Quote Management to lead a team of 5–6 Quote Management Representatives and own end-to-end quoting and pricing support for the sales organization. This role plays a critical part in improving deal velocity, pricing accuracy, and sales execution through strong stakeholder management and data-driven insights.
In this role, you will:
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–6 Quote Management Representatives
- Set clear SLAs, priorities, and quality standards for quote turnaround and accuracy
- Conduct regular reviews, performance tracking, and skill development for the team
Quote & Pricing Management
- Oversee end-to-end quote creation, pricing approvals, and deal structuring
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discount thresholds, and approval workflows
- Support complex and non-standard deals in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Legal
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary point of escalation for Sales, Channel, Finance, and Sales Ops
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to unblock deals and improve turnaround times
- Partner with Channel teams; prior exposure to channel-led business is a strong plus
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze sales and quoting data to identify trends in pricing, discounts, and deal velocity
- Generate actionable insights from sales data to improve processes and outcomes
- Present regular insights and recommendations to sales leadership
Sales Operations Support
- Provide partial Sales Ops support including reporting, process optimization, and hygiene
- Maintain high data accuracy across opportunities, quotes, and approvals
- Support pipeline visibility and forecasting through structured data inputs
Systems & Tools
- Manage quoting workflows and reporting within Salesforce
- Ensure consistent CRM usage and adherence to defined sales processes
Your background:
- Experience in Quote Management, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing
- 1-3 years of experience in leading or managing a small team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quoting, pricing, and discount structures
- Experience supporting channel / partner-driven sales motions (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (Opportunities, Quotes, Reports, Dashboards)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven sales environment
