We’re hiring a Growth Campaign Lead to join our Global Demand Generation team. This is a hands-on execution role operating at the intersection of campaign delivery, growth experimentation, and AI-driven scale.
This role is designed for someone who moves fast, executes independently, and uses AI to accelerate campaign build, testing, optimization, and learning-turning growth goals into executable, scalable demand programs tied to ICPs and sales plays.
In this role, you will:
AI-Optimized Campaign Execution (AOE)
• Execute and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, paid, content syndication, webinars, events, nurture) using AI to accelerate build, launch, and iteration.
• Apply AI tools to generate and refine campaign copy, creative variations, audience segments, and messaging tests.
• Operate with a test–learn–scale mindset, continuously reducing time from idea to live execution.
• Iterate campaigns based on AI-assisted insights and near real time performance signals.
Growth Experimentation at Speed
• Run high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Identify winning messages, channels, and patterns, and rapidly scale what works.
• Kill underperforming tactics quickly and reallocate effort based on impact.
• Collaborate closely with peers across Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, and Marketing Ops to execute at speed.
Vendor & Channel Intelligence (AI-Enhanced)
• Research, evaluate, and activate demand generation vendors, platforms, and AI-native tools.
• Use AI to assess vendor performance, benchmarks, and channel ROI potential.
• Onboard and operationalize new vendors quickly to expand reach and pipeline contribution.
AI-Ready Demand Generation
• Execute programs that drive lead volume, MQLs, and pipeline contribution at scale.
• Ensure campaigns and data flows are AI-ready (clean inputs, structured data, trackable outcomes).
• Partner with Funnel Ops and Analytics to improve AI-driven attribution, funnel visibility, and lead-to-pipeline performance.
Performance & Continuous Optimization
• Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize quickly.
• Use AI-assisted analytics to improve CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency.
• Surface insights proactively and recommend where to double down or pivot.
Your background:
• Solid experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong hands-on campaign execution.
• Proven ability to launch, test, and optimize campaigns independently.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate execution, experimentation, and analysis.
• Strong data literacy-able to use performance data to prioritize, optimize, and make trade offs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern marketing automation platforms.
• High level of self-drive, curiosity, judgment, and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
