Edit message templates

Edit a message template

 To edit a message template, go to the Message templates page and open the template for editing in one of the following ways:
  • To edit the content of the template, click it.
    You can only edit the layout and the text of the template, but you can not change its type.
  • To edit the title of the template, click the Actions link of the respective template.
    From the dropdown list, click Edit title, enter the new title and click Save changes.

NOTE: Changes made to the template will not affect the templates of any existing campaigns.

Delete a message template

 You can delete a message template in the following ways:
  • On the Message templates page, select one or more messages and click Delete button in the toolbar.
  • On the Message templates page, click the Actions link of the respective template.
    From the dropdown list, click Delete.

A dialog box appears where you must confirm the deletion.
