Create a Book widget with Kendo Grid

The following sample demonstrates how to use Kendo Gird in a Sitefinity Feather widget. This sample uses Kendo through wrappers for ASP.NET MVC.

Install the Kendo Books widget

  1. Clone the feather-samples repository.
  2. Open KendoBooksWidget project in Visual Studion.
  3. In KendoBooksWidget project, add reference to Kendo.Mvc.dll .
    For more information about using this reference, see Kendo documentation.
  4. Build the KendoBooksWidget project.
  5. From your Sitefinity’s web application, reference the KendoBooksWidget.dll.

RESULT: The Kendo Books widget is available in your Sitefinity Toolbox, in section Feather samples and you can use it on your pages.
