Query discounts

To query a single discount you must perform the following:

1. Get the orders manager.
   Get an instance of the OrdersManager object.
2. Get the discount.
   To get the discount, you must either call the GetDiscount method of the manager and pass the ID of the discount as an argument, or call the GetDiscounts method of the manager and filter the query by the desired criteria (e.g. title).

To query all discounts, you must perform the following:
