Query discounts of orders

To query a single order discount, you must perform the following:

1. Get an instance of the manager.
   Get an instance of the OrdersManager object.
2. Get the order discount.
   To get the order discount, you must either call the GetOrderDiscount method and pass the ID of the order discount as an argument, or call the GetOrderDiscounts method and filter the collection by the desired criteria.
