Install Paymill payment processor

Paymill is a  European payment processor. It is not installed with Sitefinity by default.  You must access it and install it, as follows:

  1. Download and install SitefinityPaymillPaymentProcessor1.1.2 NuGet package from Sitefinity CMS NuGet repository.
  2. Open your Sitefinity project in Visual Studio.
  3. In Visual Studio, open the Package Management Console, by clicking Tools » Library Package Manager » Package Management Console.
    The console opens.
  4. Enter Install-Package SitefinityPaymillPaymentProcessor and press ENTER.
  5. Build your solution.
  6. Restart Sitefinity.
