You can use SiteSync to promote content to more than one destination environments. Such scenario describes a setup, where you have one source environment and are promoting its content to two or more destination environments, for example Content Authoring -> Intranet, and Content Authoring -> Production. In such setup, there are no differences to the standard way you configure both the source and destination environments. Follow the standard procedure described in the Configure the SiteSync module documentation article.
