Add a translation to a localized product

To add values for the other languages to the available Lstring properties of an Ecommerce product, you perform the following:

    1. Get an instance of the CatalogManager class.
    2. Check whether a product with the same ID exists.
If a product with the same ID does not exist, discontinue the execution of the method.
    3. Set the properties of the product objects.
Passing the culture when setting the Title of the product ensures that the product is localized for that specific culture.
    4. Save the changes.
