NLB: Synchronize labels and messages between the nodes from a load balanced setup

When you change a label on one server of the load balanced setup, the other servers do not know about the change. This is because the label is saved in folder ~/App_Data/Sitefinity/GlobalResources/, which is located on the file system of the node that handles the request.

To synchronize the labels and messages across servers from the load balanced setup, use one of the following approaches:
