Create payments for orders

To create an order payment, you must perform the following:

  1. Get the orders manager.
    Get an instance of the OrdersManager object.
  2. Get the order.
    Get the order that the payment will be associated with. For more information, see For developers: Query orders.
  3. Get the payment method.
    Get an instance of the payment method that was used for the payment.
  4. Create a new order payment.
    Create an instance of the OrderPayment class by calling the CreateOrderPayment method of the manager.
  5. Associate the order payment with the order.
    Set the Parent property of the OrderPayment instance to the instance of the order. Add the order payment to the Payments collection of the order.
  6. Set the properties.
    Set the properties of the OrderPayment instance to the specified values.
  7. Save the changes.
    Save the changes to the manager.
