Reference: Windows Azure SDK supported versions

You must have installed the Azure development workload for the Visual Studio version that you are using. It includes Azure Cloud Services tools and Azure SDK.

Depending on the Sitefinity CMS version you are using, you must install the following version of the Azure SDK:
