Overview

PREREQUISITES: To use the described AI-powered capabilities in Sitefinity Cloud setup, you must have an active Sitefinity AI subscription.

Sitefinity Cloud integrates with the AI services provided by Microsoft Azure, such as the Azure OpenAI service. Once the Sitefinity AI add-on is purchased, content creators can use AI-powered capabilities directly integrated into Sitefinity CMS backend to:

• Compose new text
• Summarize text
• Improve writing
• Personalize text
• Make text longer or shorter.

• Apply actionable suggestions to align the brand voice and writing style of your new or existing pages and content items, where the AI-powered suggestions are provided in-context during your content editing experience by the built-in Brand voice and style agent.

• Apply actionable suggestions to ensure your new or existing pages and content items align with SEO best practices, where the AI-powered suggestions are provided in-context during your content editing experience by the built-in Search engine optimization agent.

• Use custom AI agents tailored to your needs that help users analyze, improve, create and manage Sitefinity content and pages, through AI-powered chat experience integrated into your Sitefinity backend. For more information, see Custom AI agents.
• Use DX Assistant chat experience as the interaction hub for Sitefinity AI agents. The AI-powered chat interface is directly integrated into your Sitefinity backend and enables you to engage with AI through natural language, unlocking broader AI-driven operations beyond content editing.

  NOTE: This capability is available in Sitefinity Cloud setup starting with version Sitefinity 15.4.8633.

• Utilize the Dynamically Generated Experience (DGE) capability that creates personalized, intent-driven content experiences in real time.

Sitefinity AI tokens

Sitefinity AI measures the usage of the AI-powered capabilities described above in AI tokens.
Sitefinity AI tokens correspond to the underlying token consumption used by the integrated large language model (LLM) service to process AI requests, such as OpenAI.
Once the Sitefinity AI add-on is purchased, the subscription includes a quota of 10 million AI tokens.

Sitefinity AI tokens are consumed for all AI-related interactions performed in your Sitefinity CMS backend when using one or more Sitefinity AI capabilities.

When your user account reaches certain thresholds in your AI tokens quota (for example, 90% and 100%), a respective email notification will be sent to remind you of these thresholds.

Project administrators are enabled to monitor the AI tokens usage for Sitefinity Cloud projects.
