Packaged AI Service

PREREQUISITES: To use the listed AI-powered capabilities, you must have purchased the Packaged AI Service add-on.

Sitefinity Cloud integrates with AI services provided by Microsoft Azure, specifically the Azure OpenAI service. Once the add-on is purchased, content creators can use the Azure OpenAI capabilities directly within Sitefinity backend to: 

  • Compose new text
  • Summarize text
  • Improve writing
  • Personalize text
  • Make text longer or shorter.

  • Generate tag suggestions.
    For more information on how to tag content using AI, see Create tags with AI.
  • Search images in the backend with keywords.
    This feature is currently only available for Sitefinity Cloud and allows you to use a hybrid AI search to search images in the backend.

In addition, the Packaged AI Service add-on enables project administrators to track the number of AI tasks used for each Sitefinity Cloud project.
