Purge the cache

Overview

Use this procedure to purge the output cache and CDN cache on any environment.

Purge the cache

To purge the cache, perform the following:

1. Login to Sitefinity Cloud Management Portal.
2. Navigate to Pipelines » All.
3. In the list of available pipelines, select Cache.Purge pipeline.
4. In the upper-right corner, click Run pipeline.
   A dialog box opens.
5. Select the environment.
6. Choose at least one of the following options:
   • (Optional) Purge all Sitefinity pages from Server & CDN cache
   • (Optional) Purge all static files from CDN cache (CSS, JS, etc.)
   • (Optional) Purge by URL from CDN cache - any assets that match the URL(s) exactly will be purged from the cache (add separate URLs: one per line).
     Use * to purge all URLs within a directory. For example, www.example.com/blog/* will purge the cache for all URLs under www.example.com/blog/.
7. Click Run.
