Enable formatting options when posting on forums

The formatting options that you are familiar with in the text editor are not offered to users adding a post to a forum. However, you can customize the forum post editor setting to do so:

Navigate to Administration » Settings » Text editor settings.
On the Tool set for forums line, click its Edit button.

In the Edit tool set window for Tool set for forums, delete the following lines from the file:

    <tool name="ToggleAdvancedToolbars" text="Toggle advanced mode">
    </tool>
</tools>

Click Save.
