Tracking consent Server-side API

On server side, you manage tracking activities using the TrackingConsentManager class.
The class is defined under Telerik.Sitefinity.TrackingConsent namespace and has following public methods:

  • HasCurrentUserProvidedConsent
The method returns true, if current user has provided consent. If Tracking consent feature is disabled or the user has declined the consent, it will return false.
  • CanTrackCurrentUser
The method returns true when Tracking consent feature is disabled or when Tracking consent feature is enabled and current user has provided consent. In all other cases, the method returns false.
  • GetCurrentConsentSettings
The method returns consent settings, taking into consideration the domain of current request.
