Common errors

Sending errors

  • You are sending for translation an item in language for which you do not have an account with the translation service that you are using.
  • The site is restarted during the export.

Receiving errors

  • Sitefinity CMS is ready to receive a translated item, but it cannot be received due to invalid XLIFF file.​
  • XML error in document.

Importing errors

  • The item whose translation needs to be imported is locked by a user.
  • Error during syncing translation.
