For developers: Track contacts activities in Sitefinity CMS
NOTE: Sitefinity Digital Experience Cloud (DEC) was renamed to Sitefinity Insight as a part of the Sitefinity 13.0 release. However, Sitefinity CMS and its documentation prior to version 13.0 continue using the former name - Digital Experience Cloud.
Events
Contact interactions with content on the website are represented by events. Progress Sitefinity Digital Experience Cloud connector tracks contact's interactions on your website by listening to certain Sitefinity CMS-context events and handling these events by sending requests to the cloud.
NOTE: Keep in mind that Progress Sitefinity Digital Experience Cloud connector tracks Sitefinity CMS events, related to ASP.NET Web forms.
