Feather: Social share widget

You use the Feather Social share widget to enable your users to easily share the page they opened. When you place Social share widget on the page, a list of social networks icons appears as page sharing options.

Configure the Social share widget

1. Place the Social share widget on your page.
2. Open the widget designer by clicking the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the widget.
3. In the Social share window, configure the following:
• To add or remove sharing options for the page, select or deselect the respective checkboxes.
  You can add various social networks as well as an e-mail link.
• Choose a template that defined how sharing options are displayed:
  • As Social share icons
  • As Social share icons with text
4. Click Save.

Edit basic settings

To change the default basic setting for the Social share widget, navigate to Administration » Settings » Global Settings » Social sharing.

This setting is valid for all Feather widgets, for which the option EnableSocialSharing in the Advanced mode widget settings is set to True.
