On March 8th International Women’s Day was celebrated all over the world to spotlight the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women—while also making a call to action for accelerating gender balance.
This year, our Progress offices came together to host their own events to celebrate IWD and promote this year’s theme of #BalanceforBetter. Celebrations occurred in Boston, MA, Morrisville, NC, Sofia, BG, Hyderabad, IN, Melbourne, AUS, and Rotterdam, NL!
These gatherings around the globe, brought employees together to celebrate empowering women and their accomplishments, spark conversation on what this day means to them, and show their support for a world that is more balanced together.
We appreciate and thank everyone that participated in the day! We’ll continue celebrating through the remainder of Women’s History month!
