Podio’s New Digital Home: Progress.com

November 05, 2025 Podio, Digital Experience

Progress Podio has officially transitioned its marketing presence to https://www.progress.com/podio, marking a major milestone in our journey to unify and elevate the Progress Podio brand experience.

This move is more than a URL change—it's a leap forward that reflects our commitment to delivering a seamless, modern, and integrated experience across our product portfolio. With Podio now fully part of the Progress family, we're aligning its digital footprint with our broader brand vision while preserving the strengths that make Podio beloved by its community.

Why the Change?

With the acquisition of Podio by Progress, we are aligning both the visual identity and system infrastructure of the brand. This update strengthens the combined brand equity of 14 years of Podio service and 40+ years of Progress, demonstrating our continued commitment to innovation, continuity and customer trust. Following analysis of user behavior and traffic patterns, we decided to repurpose Podio.com exclusively for login access, while shifting the marketing journey to Progress.com/podio which provides wider visibility across the Progress portfolio.

What's New?

  • New logo: now Progress Podio
  • Unified Brand Experience: The visual identity has shifted to align with the Progress design system.

What Stays the Same?

  • Podio's Identity: While the branding evolves, Podio remains a focused and empowered independent product line within Progress. A dedicated team continues to enhance its stability, performance, and roadmap.
  • Login Experience: Users will still access their workspaces via Podio.com, ensuring continuity and ease of use.

We're excited about this next chapter and invite you to explore Podio's new home on https://www.progress.com/podio. Whether you're a long-time user or just discovering Podio, we're here to support your journey with powerful tools, transparent communication, and a renewed commitment to innovation.
