You can do this by using Staging & Syncing module of Sitefinity CMS. To use the module, you must first setup the server(s) that data will be published to. Then, on demand, you can synchronize content items, modules, sites, and frontend languages. The function synchronizes Pages, Page Templates, News items, Events, Content Items, Blogs and Blog Posts, Images and Image Libraries, Videos and Video Libraries, Documents and files and Document Libraries, Lists and List Items, Taxonomies, and Sites, including all of their languages.
IMPORTANT: Synchronization is one way – items from the current server are published to the configured servers.
