iMail Community Training

In the beginning of April we will be launching iMail to Progress Community. Of course, with anything new, there are bound to be questions. That’s why we’re inviting you to join us for a live webinar on  March 30 at 1 p.m. ET for a walkthrough of the new platform.

There’s a lot to do at the new Progress Community. So, we wanted to make sure you’re comfortable doing everything you previously could while also highlighting all the new features. In this live demonstration, you’ll learn how to:

• Use SupportLink to create and manage cases effectively
• Submit product enhancement ideas
• Access all of your product downloads
