Final Countdown to Progress Exchange 2014

September 18, 2014 Company and Community , Application Development, Data Platform

We’re only a few weeks away from Progress Exchange – 18 days to be exact, but who’s counting? If you’re an avid Business Making Progress reader then I don’t need to give you any more details on our annual user and partner conference, taking place in Orlando October 6-8 and boasting over 40 speakers and 10 hands-on sessions. Instead, I thought I’d give you some behind the scenes details to help you prepare:

  • Make sure you pencil in a session from Kerry Bailey, Senior Vice President, HP Cloud, Hewlett-Packard Company, who will be giving a keynote about how cloud helps drive innovation and develop unparalleled business applications.
  • Keep an eye out for CEO, Phil Pead, CTO John Goodson, President, Application Development & Deployment Business Unit, Karen Tegan Padir and President, OpenEdge Business Unit, Jerry Rulli, who will also be keynoting sessions.
  • Get the most of your Exchange experience by building your agenda ahead of time. You can find the agenda builder here. Check out highlights from the Data Connectivity and OpenEdge groups to help you decide which sessions to join!
  • Register for the Progress+ Business Forum, taking place ahead of Exchange, to get insight into how to spark innovation as you develop your business plans for 2015.
  • Swing by Innovator Row on the first night of Exchange for a glimpse into the cool ways our partners and customers are using Progress technology. Then make your way to the Welcome Reception, which takes place that evening.
  • Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes because our Party@Exchange on Tuesday night will be out of this world – think live DJ, explosive energy of drums and poolside entertainment!

If you still can’t get enough of Exchange check out today’s press release with more information on event happenings. There’s also still time to register, which you can do here. If you’d like to make it but can’t this time around you can follow us for updates in real-time at @ProgressSW
