Content model editor

Overview

To accommodate your specific content requirements, you use the Content model editor to create relevant content types. For instance, you may design a content type dedicated to compiling frequently asked questions or press releases. During the creation process, you determine the necessary fields for each type. Once configured, the content type is accessible via the Content tab.

Content types can be organized hierarchically. For example, an HR content type might encompass subordinate types such as Personal Information, Professional Experience, and Education.

Create and display content

After defining your content type and its associated fields, you can generate content in the backend and present it on your website.

You do the following:

  1. In the backend, under the Content tab, you can select your content type and create content.
For more information, see Create content items.
  2. When you create a page, you then use the Content list widget to display content on the frontend.
For more information, see Content list widget.
