Colleen Smith
Vice President, Software as a Service (SaaS)
As the vice president of SaaS, Colleen Smith is responsible for developing the SaaS/Cloud strategy, marketing initiatives, and assisting our application partners in the execution of their SaaS business in the Cloud.
Smith joined Progress Software in 2005 with over 20 years of software and technology experience. She develops key strategies and business opportunities for Progress Software around all of the firm’s SaaS Channel and business initiatives. Smith is a former AMR Research analyst and is an accomplished industry speaker. She has garnered numerous industry accolades for her channel leadership and role in developing the SaaS market, and has been named a CRN "Channel Chief" for four straight years (2007-2010). Smith was also named one of the top 100 Women in the Channel by CRN in 2009 and 2010.
