Role-based Training is an effective training strategy that teaches technology based on how you should use it within the context of your individual role and responsibilities. Role-based learning paths are comprised of courses and assessment exams that teach the skills and knowledge required to be proficient in key roles. These courses are delivered through both Instructor-led Training and the Progress eLearning Community (PEC).
