A good example is how we’ve nurtured and engaged with the vibrant Chef open-source community since our acquisition of Chef in 2020. We established a Community Advisory Council, to involve the community in our decision-making process related to the OSS policy, product roadmap and community engagement.
This collaboration led to the creation of the new products available in an open-source model and our continued commitment to preserve the Chef OSS code base. To enable us to connect, educate, excite and expand our community in meaningful ways, we also launched Chef Roadshow’24 which was crafted by engineers for engineers and reenergized ChefConf.
