Checking your Support Level for MOVEit, WhatsUp Gold, WS_FTP, iMacros, and iMail Server.
Welcome to a quick tutorial on how to see what level of support you have in Progress Community! Check out our video on Accessing the Community if you need any assistance logging in. Let’s start with the Product Downloads tab in the top navigation.
This video is specifically related to the WhatsUp Gold, MOVEit, WS_FTP, iMacros, and iMail server product sets. Please click on “Go to Download Center” in this box. Here, you’ll see a page will all asset files assigned to you. In order to see what level of support your asset has, simply click on its name. As you can see, my iMail Server asset has a Standard Support Level.
Checking into a different asset, you can see my Support level here is listed as “Extended.”
