Phone support is one of the communication channels available as part of our award-winning support system.  As part of this service, Sitefinity Technical Support Engineers will be available via phone 24x7 to help and ensure that your projects run smoothly. Availability is dependent on your plan level. The official language for Sitefinity Customer Support communication is English.

What to expect

When you access the Phone Assistance Program our Technical Support Engineers will ask you to describe your issue in detail and to offer any information that is relevant to the case. If the problem cannot be resolved right away, we are going to handle it via our ticketing system. You will receive further responses through the support portal in your account.

Sitefinity Phone Assistance is available 24x7 for selected licenses.
