With the new Personalization Campaigns, you can utilize any visitor interactions or contact data for improving your conversion rates using proper audience targeting and personalization. Examples for supported audiences include:
- Any logical combination of web interactions (no scoring model needed)
- Any contact data submitted through a form
- CRM contact data and sales events, incl. purchases
- Third-party data
The Sitefinity Personalization module allows you to base any segment on the running campaigns and personalize pages and widgets based on it. Once the campaign is live, you can easily measure how many contacts and anonymous visitors from the target audience have engaged with it, and how many have afterwards converted.
