This new addition to the Digital Experience Cloud advanced analytics allows you to discover your blind spots in the customer journey for each audience and never miss important moments leading to conversions.
Each Conversion Tracking now comes with a "Top Touchpoints" report, including not only your already configured digital assets, but any interaction with your audience which attributes significantly to the conversion. The known and discovered touchpoints are shown together so that you have the real picture of what matters for your KPIs.
With this automated attribution reporting, you only need to provide the system with your Conversion definitions in order to get your first insights.
