Contact Details page completely revamped with Contact Journey

We are thrilled to announce the completely new and redesigned contact details page.
Besides the new layout of the contact summary data, we have transformed the interaction log into a full fledged contact journey presentation. You can now not only see the interactions a visitor has performed grouped by dates, but also easily spot when he or she has converted, been recognized as a persona etc.
If the visitor has been active on your website for more than 2 days, we will also show you the chart of the total interactions over time, grouped by days, months or years depending on the length of the active period. Each group will be summarized by the total number of interactions and conversions, as well as a convenient link, which will take you at the beginning of the customer journey for that period, which makes it a lot easier to inspect the journeys of your most valuable and loyal visitors.
