To register for the Event, you must complete the online registration process and (where applicable) pay all registration fee prior to any deadline described on the Event registration page.
Payment may be made by credit card when you register
If required, cancellations may be made for a refund in accordance with the following schedule: due to unprecedented circumstances, we have revised our policy for this event to support our attendees. Progress is providing a no-risk cancellation policy. We will offer a 100% refund on your registration fees at any time between now and 72 hours prior to the event, September 8, 2022. No refunds will be issued after that date.
At any time, at our own discretion, may change or cancel the Event, or limit or cancel a registration. We are not responsible for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, resulting from a cancellation. If we cancel the Event will issue you a refund of any registration fee you have paid.
Progress Software shall have the express right to capture and/or audio, photo, video, record your image, likeness, persona, photograph, or voice, in any media and/or technology to be used for any other lawful purpose in connection with your attendance at a Progress event and as such, you authorize Progress Software to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically without compensation to you (unless prohibited by law). You expressly agree that Progress Software may use such photographs or video with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
Progress continues to closely monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the safety of our attendees, speakers, and sponsors remains our highest priority. We will adhere to the state and local regulations at the time of the event and reserve the right to implement additional regulations we feel are necessary.
